This is an onsite position beginning August 4, 2025, and continuing through May 22, 2026, with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

Deliver direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students
-
Provide individual and group counseling aligned with IEP goals
-
Conduct social, emotional, and adaptive behavior assessments

Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success
-
Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community services
-
Support crisis intervention and implement behavior management strategies
-
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP and evaluation meetings
State Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field
-
Licensed as a School Social Worker by the Colorado Department of Education
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience
-
Preferred: Background in special education settings, counseling services, and behavioral assessment
